On second CBU, staged pumps up to 900 LPM / 65 BAR, 95 RPM / 25 kNm TQ with 4 - 5 m3/hr losses ( 1.35 sg mwt in/out). Increased flow rate to 1000 LPM / 72 BAR and observed loss rate 9.2 m3/hr before hole packed off (25.4k total strokes).
1% max gas seen 3800 stks past calculated bottoms up. Observed fines on bottom screens.
Note: Replaced 3x shakers with new API 230 screens to initiate clean-up of active mud. PST testing performed on flowline mud - all results ok. </witsml:comments>
